ASC automatic spray gun provides superior atomization and is developed for high production at medium to high flow rates with low overspray for minimal paint waste. The ASC gun is the lightest stainless-steel automatic spray gun decreasing bearing wear on painting machines minimizing payload. Their compact design allows easy access to recessed part areas. You have a choice of 184 tips: Skill™ – super fine finishing Airless® tips, Flat for fine finishing and reversible Tip Top for protective coatings. The simplicity and quality of the material used guarantees low maintenance costs. ASC is well suited for applying harsh coatings (acid catalyzed, UV coatings) water-based, high viscosity 2K pre-mixed and abrasive type materials.

The ASC guns have a simple construction with only (10) parts for fast and easy maintenance (80% less than our competitors). Their built-to-last rugged construction comes with a selection of two different cartridges and extends the life of the gun to minimize MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).

Silyl modified polymers (SMP, also silane-modified polymers, silane-terminated polymers) are polymers (large, chained molecules) terminating with a silyl (SiH3) group. SMPs are the main components in solvent-free & isocyanate-free sealant and adhesive products. Typically the sealant products manufactured with silyl modified polymers have good adhesion on a wide range of substrate materials, and have good temperature & UV resistance.
Polyurethane (PU or PUR for short) is not a single material with a fixed composition, but instead a range of chemicals sharing similar chemistry. Water-based UV coatings can be considered aesthetically equivalent to bi-component acrylic & polyurethane solvent-based coatings. The range is composed of both pigmented & transparent products.
The UV polyurethane multi-components are especially designed for very strong UV stability. Mixing with hardener gives very high durability & UV resistance.
