Taking full advantage of our 70 years of expertise with electrostatic technology, SAMES KREMLIN has developed the only electrostatic gun to spray with BOTH high Voltage and high Current, certifying optimal paint charge and efficient paint transportation to the part. This combination delivers up to 20% higher transfer efficiency compared to previous gun designs.
The Nanogun Airspray, low pressure manual electrostatic gun, is suitable for many markets, such as aerospace, agricultural & construction, metallic furniture, wood and automotive industries.
Paint may be supplied to the gun via a pump, a pressure tank or a circulating. When spraying, the charged paint drops will follow the lines of the electric field to the part. Electrostatics produce a paint savings and wraparound effect which reduces overspray and pollution. Adding compressed air to it allows enhanced penetration into cavities.
